We offer two main services:

Full-service manufacturing and export of world-class garments from Bangladesh, handling the entire process from order inquiry to final shipment.
A standalone service for developing and providing high-quality virtual garment samples using CLO3D software for global buyers.

2. Can you outline the process for a bulk garment manufacturing order?

Our process begins with your inquiry. We provide a price and delivery time, followed by a virtual CLO3D sample. Once the price, delivery, and virtual sample are approved, we proceed to a physical sample for style and fit approval. After we receive the Bank L/C, we procure all materials for your approval, create a pre-production (P.P.) sample, and then move to bulk production upon its approval. The process concludes with final inspection and shipment.

3. How do you ensure the quality of the garments you produce?

We have a multi-stage quality control process. We invite our client’s own quality control personnel to inspect the raw materials before production begins. Furthermore, we welcome inspections at every subsequent stage of production, right up to the final pre-shipment inspection. We only ship the goods after the final inspection and approval are granted by your representative.

4. What are your payment terms for a large manufacturing order?

We require the buyer to send us a Bank L/C (Letter of Credit) for a confirmed bulk manufacturing order. We officially accept the order and begin the production journey only after receiving and verifying the L/C.

5. Do you provide a physical sample before I commit to bulk production?

Yes, absolutely. After you approve the price, delivery time, and initial virtual sample, we create and submit a physical sample for you to approve the style, design, and fit. We only start bulk production after our final P.P. (pre-production) sample, made with original fabrics and accessories, is approved by you.

6. Can I order just a virtual garment sample without placing a manufacturing order?

Yes, we offer virtual garment sample creation using CLO3D as a separate service. We can develop and supply virtual samples to any interested global buyer based on their specific requirements. This is a paid service.

7. What do you need from me to create a virtual garment sample?

To begin, we generally require a measurement sheet for the garment. Once we study your inquiry, we will let you know if any other specific requirements are needed to develop your sample accurately.

8. What if I need changes or modifications to the virtual sample you create?

We are committed to getting the sample exactly right for you. After you receive the first version of the virtual sample, we will perform as many modifications as you request until you are completely satisfied with the result.

9. How do I pay for the virtual sample service?

We request payment once your virtual samples are ready for final delivery. We offer two convenient payment methods: (a) Bank Transfer or (b) Payoneer.

10. When will I receive my completed virtual sample files?

As soon as we receive your payment for the service, we will immediately upload the developed virtual sample files to your designated address or platform.
